PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonblack flame-retardant rubber composition for extrusion excellent in cost performance and also flame retardancy, physical properties and processability, and to provide a sealant. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant rubber composition for extrusion comprises specific two kinds of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymers, a halogen-based flame retardant and carbon black, wherein the compounding amount of the carbon black is 0-3 pt(s). wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymers and the weight ratio for the two kinds of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene copolymers is preferably (5:95) to (95:5).
