<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic sintered compact having precise dimensional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A mixture of 100 pts. wt. of ceramic raw material powder and 4-40 pts. wt. of fatty acid, its derivative, or their mixture, as a molding binder, is extrusion-molded.
