PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control apparatus that prevents missing of data transmitted from a peripheral device to a host before a software layer at the host side are completely arisen. SOLUTION: A second storage means 12b of the communication control apparatus 12A stores data outputted from a receiver 12 before a host 11 reaches an ordinary operating mode from a sleep mode. When the host 11 reaches the ordinary operating mode, the application layer in the host 11 transmits a transmission permission command to a control section 12c to shift the data from the second storage means 12b to a first storage means 12a. After the communication between the host 1 and the communication control apparatus 12A of the receiver 12 is recovered, since the data stored in the first storage means 12a are transmitted to the host 11 through a USB line 14, missing of the data is prevented.
