<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet which is excellent in feeding and transfer properties for an ink jet printer in high-speed printing and free of lowering of a printing quality due to transfer troubles. <P>SOLUTION: The ink jet recording sheet has a constitution wherein an ink receiving layer containing inorganic particulates and a hydrophilic binder is provided by coating on a substrate prepared by coating both sides of original paper with a polyolefin resin. The curling axis of the recording sheet is in the right-angled direction to the direction of transfer of the recording sheet to the printer and the sheet has a curl curving to the opposite side to the surface of the ink receiving layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
