PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information protective sheet for preventing personal information from being easily leaked from printed matter after the printed matter, on which personal information is printed, is disposed of. SOLUTION: An adhesive agent layer 12 and a releasing sheet 13 are laminated on the back face of an address tack seal 10a on which personal information such as address and name is to be described. The address tack seal 10a is provided with a micro-perforation 15 so that part of personal information describing area can be cut off from the remaining area and peeled off from an envelope E. The adhesive agent layer 12 surrounded by the micro-perforation 15 of the address tack seal 10a is provided, by printing, with an adhesive property invalidation processing 17 for eliminating the adhesive force. Thus, by peeling off the area surrounded by the micro-perforation 15 of the address tack seal 10a stuck on the envelope E, the personal information described on the address tack seal 10a can be protected.
