PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tack label having heat insulating property and excellent releasability from release paper, and to provide a container fitted with the label. SOLUTION: A tack label 1a is stuck on the left side and the rear side of the barrel section of a packaging container C, and a tack label 1b is stuck, overlapping both ends (the starting end and the terminal end) of the tack label 1a, on the front side and the right side of the outside wall of the barrel section of the packaging container C. The tack label 1a and 1b are composed of a label base material, a display printed layer and a transparent overcoat layer successively laminated on the surface of the label base material, and an adhesive layer laminated on the rear face of the label base material. The overcoat layer is laminated in such a manner as to fully cover the display printed layer of the tack label 1b, and to cover the display printed layer of the tack label 1a except both longitudinal ends overlapped by the tack label 1b.
