摘要 A laser surgical device concentrates in a treatment focus located in the tissue. A detection beam path comprises a lens system which couples the radiation emanating from the tissue underneath the tissue surface. A detector arranged at the downstream of the detection beam path, generates a detection signal which indicates the spatial dimension and/or position of the optical penetration in the tissue. An independent claim is also included for method for measuring an optical penetration in a tissue.
