<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide polymer material having favorable properties particularly for applying to an electronics field, that is, excellent strength characteristics, workability, and dimensional stability. <P>SOLUTION: The polyimide polymer is obtained by conducting a heat ring closure of a precursor comprising an aromatic crankshaft-type diamine and an aromatic collinear-type diamine being a molar ratio of about 60-95/5-40, respectively, and as an acid dianhydride, an aromatic crankshaft-type acid dianhydride and an aromatic collinear-type acid dianhydride being a molar ratio of 5-35/65-95, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
