PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rain water from transmitting to the surface of a car, and accumulated snow from falling down under the car. SOLUTION: Materials inside and upper part of a car cabin 2 are covered by a side surface exterior panel 3 and upper surface exterior panel 10. The upper surface exterior panel 10 is downwardly inclined and is equipped with a discharge pipe 13 along vertical frames 4a, 4b, mounted at the center part of the both sides of the car cabin. Water introducing means 12, such as a groove is formed between the downwardly inclined end of the upper surface exterior panel 10 and the discharge pipe 13 to introduce rain water fell on or water from melted snow on the upper surface exterior panel to the discharge pipe, allowing the water to fall down to under side of the car to be stored in a water storage tank 14 suspended the under side of the car.
