<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient handrail bracket excellent in constructibility and mounting accuracy that makes a handrail receiving part rotatable and enables a handrail to be mounted in vertical and horizontal intersecting directions, with the vertical mounting angle of the handrail being flexible in rightward or leftward direction other than frontal direction. <P>SOLUTION: The bracket comprises a pedestal composed of two right and left sections each having a fan-shaped cross section and constructed of a rod-shaped body surrounded by two flat surfaces and one convex surface; a mounting seat mounted on the pedestal; a post thereon; and the handrail receiving part. The handrail receiving part and the post are rotatably connected to each other by a connecting screw.
