1. An antibody capable of binding to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) comprising a heavy chain and a light chain, or functional fragment thereof, wherein
(i) the heavy chain comprises a heavy chain variable region and a heavy chain constant region, wherein the heavy chain variable region has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 6, and the heavy chain constant region is sequence of heavy chain constant region of human IgG1; and (ii) the light chain comprises a light chain variable region and a light chain constant region, wherein the light chain variable region having amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 9 or SEQ ID NO: 10. |
