PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based thermoplastic resin composition providing an inflation film having good appearance without foreign matter and unevenness even in a case using a recycled polyester resin, and suitable for an inflation molding method. SOLUTION: [1] The polyester-based thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 30-98 wt.% polyester resin, (B) 1-20 wt.% copolymer having a monomer unit containing an epoxy group and (C) 1-50 wt.% olefinic copolymer rubber [with the proviso that the total of each wt.% of the components (A) to (C) is 100 wt.%].
