PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting tool capable of efficiently integrally connecting laminated foamed blocks, in a civil engineering construction method using a laminated product of foamed resin block as civil engineering material, and being prevented from loosening or dropping out from the foamed resin blocks after the connecting integration. SOLUTION: This connecting tool for lamination of foamed resin blocks comprises a horizontal head part 12 and insert parts 13a and 13b extended vertically from both ends of the head part 12.
