<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mobile phone terminal able to simply and quickly select a video phone mode or a voice phone mode. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile phone terminal having as phone mode, the video phone mode and the voice phone mode, when a user depresses a call key 173, a camera state detection section 18 judges whether or not a camera 13 is in an imaging enable state at present. When the judgement indicates that the camera 13 is able to perform imaging, the mobile phone terminal makes communication in the video phone mode, and when the camera 13 is unable to perform imaging, the mobile phone terminal makes communication in the voice phone mode under the control of a phone mode selection control function 14a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
