PURPOSE: A vibrating piece formed with crystal, a vibrator having the same, an oscillator having a vibrator, and electronic equipment having a vibrator are provided to stabilize deviation of CI(Crystal Impedance) values between vibrating pieces though a base is made shorter. CONSTITUTION: A vibrating piece includes a base and a plurality of vibrating arms. The vibrating arms(121,122) are projected from the base(110). A plurality of grooves(123,124) are formed on front sides or rear sides of the vibrating arms. A plurality of notches(125) are formed on both sides of the base. The vibrating arms are formed with rectangular shapes. A width of an arm part as a short side of the vibrating arm is 50 to 150 micrometers.
