PURPOSE: Provided are an antistatic coating composition containing conductive polymers, a binder, and a solvent and antistatic and moisture barrier bags coated with the antistatic coating composition. CONSTITUTION: The antistatic coating composition contains 0.5-5pts.wt. of the conductive polymers, 10-50pts.wt. of the binder, and 40-85pts.wt. of the solvent, wherein the conductive polymer is polyaniline, polythiophene, or polypyrrole or conductive polymer modified therefrom, the binder is a resin containing at least one or two functional groups selected from carbonyl, hydroxy, ester, acryl, urethane, carboxyl, amide, imide, carboxylic acid, maleic acid, and maleic anhydride, and the solvent is one of metacresol, chloroform, imidazole, ethyl alcohol, distilled water, isopropyl alcohol, n-butanol, and methanol or a mixture comprising the two kinds of the solvent in the ratio of 5:95-95:5. And the antistatic and moisture barrier bags are produced by coating the inside and outside surfaces of raw films with the coating composition.
