PURPOSE: A shoe sole made of paper and wood is provided to more effectively absorb sweat of the feet and to prevent water eczema, whereby relieving pains of the feet. CONSTITUTION: The shoe sole(1) made of paper and wood is manufactured by drying paper(2), charcoal(3), minerals(4) including bioceramic and natural minerals, Chinese medicine or herbs(5) and plants(6) that are mixed at a designated ratio; crushing the mixture; heating the powder mixture at a temperature between 100 and 300 deg.C for pressing; and molding the mixture. To provide ventilation, a plurality of ventilation holes(7) are formed on the surface of the shoe sole(1).
