PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost of a polyphase modulation device which is applicable to various polyphase modulation systems by making the constitution common. SOLUTION: This polyphase modulation device is equipped with 1st and 2nd conversion parts 1 and 2 which enable distribution to the I and Q axes according to various modulation system such as PSK, DAPSK, QAM, and an offset modulation system specifying parallel input data with switch control signals A1 and B1, a 1st selector 3 which selects and outputs signals with the switch control signals A1 and B1 and input them to filter parts 5-1 to 5-4 corresponding to the I and Q axes, and a modulation part including mixers 11-1 and 11-2, a hybrid circuit 12, etc., which convert the output data of the filter parts 5-1 to 5-4 having filter characteristics selected and set with the switch control signals A1 and B1 into analog signals by DA converters 9-1 and 9-2 and impose orthogonal modulation. |
