Device for modeling the behavior of users of products or services comprises a database (20) in which are stocked the motivation profiles of individual users. The profiles are stored as a hierarchical collection of motivation characteristics for each individual, each characteristic being weighted according to the user. A computer (16) is provided to calculate the weighting factor as a function of the actions of a user, translating his behavior in respect of products or services. The invention also relates to a corresponding system and method.
