<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a glass guide that reduces machining man-hours for reducing costs, and essentially enables the mounting in a one-touch system, supposing a door glass run where a core, and a resin for covering the core or a rubber surface layer are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: A guide mounting hole 15 is formed at a position corresponding to the rear side of an outer seal lip 12 in a sidewall section 7a outside a compartment in a glass run body section 7. Conversely, a lower hook 16 for locking to the lower end of the sidewall section 7a and a middle hook 17 that has a nib piece 18 at the tip and locks to the guide mounting hole 15 are formed at a glass guide 5.
