SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the light deflector provided with a rotor unit composed of the rotary polygon mirror, a flange member for fixing the rotary polygon mirror and a magnet, a dynamic pressure bearing composed of the rotary bearing member and a fixed bearing member for rotationally supporting the rotor unit, and a stator unit composed of a supporting base body for supporting the fixed bearing member and a magnet coil, the rotation center of the rotary bearing member is turned to a vertical direction, it is rotated, and an adhesive agent is horizontally applied to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating rotary bearing member. The flange member is heated, the rotary bearing member is moved to the flange member or the flange member is moved to the rotary bearing member, and the outer peripheral surface of the rotary bearing member where the adhesive agent is applied is fitted to the inner side face of the flange member and fixed.
