PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity of a joined body comprising a ceramic substrate and a metallic foil. SOLUTION: The metallic foil and a brazing alloy foil are laminated using an organic adhesive to obtain a laminate. The laminate is laminated on either or both sides of the ceramic substrate via the organic adhesive to obtain a laminate structure wherein the brazing alloy foil surface of the laminate is laminated on the ceramic substrate surface. Then, the laminate structure is heat-treated to manufacture the joined product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
