PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement to a blower unit side of condensate dropped from an evaporator in an air-conditioner formed by jointing a blower unit with a heat exchanging unit. SOLUTION: In a joint 6, a condensate guiding device 10 is so arranged that a packing 7 is held by a packing guide section 25 formed at the end of a blower unit case 21 and a packing guide section 35 formed at the end of a heat exchanging unit case 31. The packing guide section 35 is formed by having a horizontal guide section 352 formed on approximately the same surface as the blower unit case 21 and a vertical guide section 351 for connecting the end of the heat exchanging unit case 31 arranged further an outward from the blower unit case 21 with the horizontal guide section 352. After the condensate stuck on a piping inlet/outlet section of the evaporator and an expansion valve positioned above the joint 6 is dropped to the inner surface of the heat exchanging unit case 31, the condensate is sealed by the vertical guide section 351 and may not flow into a blower unit case 21 side.
