PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator connecting fixture equipped with a pad, which is for use in assembling a concrete form, wherein the pad can be retrofitted to the the connecting fixture, to thereby reduce production costs. SOLUTION: The separator connecting fixture is formed of a main body 1, a form coupling shaft body 2, and a metallic pad 3. The shaft body 2 is protruded from the other side of the main body 1, and provided with a foldable groove portion 11, a tip screw shaft portion 10, and a protruding detent plate 12 formed inside the tip screw shaft portion 10. The metallic pad 3 has its small-diameter bottom 14 slidably fitted onto the shaft body 2 at a location between the foldable groove portion 11 and the protruding detent plate 12. The small-diameter bottom 14 of the pad 3 has a reentrant 15 which becomes deeper at a location nearer to the center of the bottom 14, and a through hole 16 is formed in the center of the reentrant 15, into which the shaft body 2 is penetrated. The inner peripheral edge of the through hole 16 has a pair of notches 17 paired with each other in a diametral direction, for inserting and press-fitting the protruding detent plate 12 into the through hole.
