PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canmera lens attachment mechanism capable of being simply and easily attached and detached through one action. SOLUTION: A fixing part formed in a front surface integrally with an attachment main body, such as a filter, a hood and a lens cap of a lens, is provided. The fixing part has an outer diameter fixable in an inner diameter side of a foremost part of a lens barrel for photographing of the camera. A spring fitting groove is incised on a peripheral part of the fixing part and a ring type spring having a ring shape and a notch in one place is fitted into the spring fitting groove incised on the peripheral part of the fixing part. In such composition, when the fixing part of the attachment main body is fixed in the inner diameter side of the foremost part of the lens barrel, the ring type spring provided in the fixing part of the attachment main body acts so that the lens attachment is engaged with the inner diameter side of the foremost part of the lens barrel.
