摘要

Phosphor layers (110G, 110B, 110R), each consisting of a combination of a blue phosphor and a green phosphor that have a beta-alumina crystal structure, are charged positive (+) on the surfaces thereof, and are reduced in oxygen deficiency by being fired in an oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere and of a red phosphor of a yttrium oxide compound, are homogeneously formed on the wall surface of partition walls (109), thereby making the charge characteristics of a phosphor in each color identical, reducing the oxygen deficiency of a phosphor, restricting the adsorption of various gases during a panel fabrication process, stabilizing charge characteristics during driving, and preventing brightness deterioration.
