PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for management by automatically re-placing remaining premiums. SOLUTION: A premium guide 1070 is provided in a groove part (in a moving passage) of a turn table 1002 in an overhanging manner. For example, a side edge 1070a of the premium guide 1070 is provided along the inside surface of the turn table 1002, and the other side edge 1070b is provided to the center of an annular groove part of the turn table 1002 in a position (on a downstream side in the direction of rotation) to advance in the direction of the rotation of the turn table 1002 with respect to the side edge 1070a. Specifically, the premium guide 1070 has a face which crosses the direction of the movement of the moved premium P at an acute angle, and makes the premium P rearranged by smoothly changing the direction of the movement of the premium P which abuts on the premium guide 1070.
