FERRITE THIN FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC NOISE SUPPRESSOR USING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite thin film which has uniaxial anisotropy and is homogeneous and large in magnetic transmissivity and its manufacturing method, an electromagnetic noise suppressor using the same, and its manufacturing method by solving conventional defects of a ferrite film formed by a ferrite plating method, improving a forming speed, and increasing industrial productivity.

SOLUTION: The ferrite thin film is formed by regularly arranging crystal grains having magnetism or constitution elements 1 similar thereto and the constitution elements 1 have uniaxial anisotropy, which is uniformly in a specified direction. This ferrite thin film is formed in the presence of a magnetic field. The electromagnetic noise suppressor has the ferrite thin film.
