PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake-correcting device, restraining lowering of a camera shake correcting effect even in a panning state. SOLUTION: When the start of panning operation is detected, offset from an offset changing circuit 106 is applied to the output of a high-pass filter (HPF) 15 indicating a shake amount of an imaging device by an adder-subtracter 108, thereby reducing the shake amount. As the size of shake correction data outputted by a focal length-computing circuit 17 is closer to the correction end of a shape correction circuit 19, the value of the offset is set larger.
