PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill for wind power generation capable of generating power even when wind velocity is as low as 3 m/s or less and applicable to wind power generation devices ranging from small to large sizes. SOLUTION: This windmill for wind power generation capable of generating power by extracting the rotating force of a blade rotated by receiving wind force from a rotating shaft for power generation comprises a plurality of propeller blades or support levers fitted to the rotating shaft perpendicular to each other and a vertical shaft windmill fitted to the tip part of the propeller blades or the support levers. Also, the windmill comprises a plurality of propeller blades fitted to the rotating shaft perpendicular to each other, a circular ring installed to connect the tip parts of the propeller shaft to each other, and a plurality of drag type vertical shaft windmills radially fitted to the circular ring.
