PURPOSE: Provided is a transfer film for forming a pattern of a decalcomania sheet, which is produced with ease, is easily controlled in sizes and designs, and improves the stability of the pattern. A method for forming a pattern using the same is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The transfer film comprises a film(1), a release coating layer(2), a transfer layer(3) and an adhesive layer(20). The method for forming a pattern of a decalcomania sheet comprises the steps of: providing a transfer film comprising a film, a release coating layer and a transfer layer successively; printing an adhesive on the transfer layer of the transfer film; transferring the transfer film on which the adhesive is printed to a textile; and aging the textile.
