<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric ratio changing method for a fuel cell-micro gas turbine combined power generation facility capable of changing the thermoelectric ratio according to required power output and thermal output, and supplying necessary utility while generating power at high thermal efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When generating output P is prioritized, the set generating output PFc of a fuel cell is preferentially set to constantly keep its actual generating output Pfc' at the set generating output Pfc, the set generating output Pgt of a micro gas turbine is set to the remainder, and the rotating speed N of the micro gas turbine is controlled to feedback-control its actual generating output Pgt' to the set generating output Pgt.
