摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossbar LSI, a link adjusting method for it, and a crossbar network for minimizing lowering of performance by simultaneously performing the adjusting operation for the crossbar LSI at a plurality of spots. <P>SOLUTION: When an adjusting timing detection circuit 603 detects that the value of a timer counter 601 reaches a designated value, or when an adjustment detecting circuit 604 detects the receipt of an adjust signal from an adjacent crossbar LSI, a ling adjustment directive signal is output. The adjusting circuits 608 to 611 of the respective ports generate an adjustment pattern (an adjust signal) and transmit the same to the output parts 7 to 10 of the respective ports on receiving the link adjustment directive signal.
