PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid increase of the rotational friction resistance of a rotor and impairment of the working efficiency of a turbocharger by ingress of lubricating oil in a space between the rotor and a stator of a rotating electric machine in the turbocharger with the rotating electric machine. SOLUTION: A means to discharge lubricating oil from a space between a rotor and a stator of a rotating electric machine is provided on a turbocharger with the rotating electric machine. The means includes a means to expand a shaft end portion of the rotor, a means to form a spiral groove toward a shaft end along an outer circumferential surface of the rotor, and a means of injecting air in the space.
