PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily avoiding limitation of a control range and negative influence of fluctuation of necessary lift up gas pressure by improving a simple method for controlling reverse flow operated using gas pressure. SOLUTION: Gas pressure making a lift piston 4 loaded is always set at pressure exceeding necessary pressure for overcoming the maximum possible reverse flow force during time when a control valve 3 closes. Controllable partial degassing of a lift cylinder 6 is carried out in an arbitrary period of an working cycle before a suction valve 1 closes through the control valve 3 constructed to quickly switch.
