PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inject chemicals discharged from a discharge pipe for chemicals into a ground from the injection hole of a pipe body as they are without filling the inside of the pipe body in a method in which the discharge pipe is inserted and set into the pipe body inserted into the borehole of the ground and the chemicals discharged from the discharge pipe are injected into the ground through the injection hole of the pipe body. SOLUTION: A pipe body (a steel pipe 10) in which a plurality of the injection holes 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 penetrated to a pipe wall are formed at predermined intervals in the longitudinal direction is inserted into the borehole 11 of the ground G, and the discharge pipe 16 constituted by connecting packer pipes 14-1 to 14-3 is inserted and set into the steel pipe 10. A plurality of rubber sealing sections 22 expanded at the pressure of a fluid are mounted previously on the discharge pipe 16, the sealing sections 22 are expanded by the pressure of water and sealed discharging chambers 44-1, 44-2 and 44-3 at three places communicating with the holes 12-1, 12-2 and 12-3 at three places for the steel pipe 10 and chemical discharge openings 20 at three places for the discharge pipe 16 are formed. The chemicals discharged from the chemical discharge openings 20 are injected into the ground G from the holes 12-1 to 12-3 as they are through the chambers 44-1 to 44-3 from the chemical discharge openings 20.
