PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet which can suppress outdoor daylight reflection while highly maintaining the absorbent property of outdoor daylight, by which an outdoor daylight absorbing part is easily formed by printing and which is hard to be stained and to provide a transparent screen equipped with the lens sheet. SOLUTION: This transparent screen 10 consists of a Fresnel lens sheet 11 and a lenticular lens sheet 12 arranged at the observation side of the Fresnel lens sheet 11. Lens part 121 are formed at parts where light transmits which is converged by a lens part 125 in the surface of a light emitting side of a sheet-shaped base part 12a of the lenticular lens sheet 12, and outdoor daylight absorbing parts 122 are formed at parts where the light converged by the lens part 125 does not transmit. The outdoor daylight absorbing parts 122 have a black binder resin 124 and a plurality of optical diffusion particles contained in the binder resin 124 and subjected to coloring processing.
