PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a plastic corrugated board case enabling image presentation to the whole plastic corrugated board case by an ink jet printer, and its manufacturing method and apparatus. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the plastic corrugated board case is characterized in that (1) after a synthetic resin sheet subjected to color printing by an ink jet method is applied to the surface of the plastic corrugated board with a pressure sensitive adhesive or an adhesive, cutting along the external shape of a case and forming of a crease are carried out, and (2) the pressure sensitive adhesive or the adhesive applied to a cutting knife, a rotary knife and/or a vertically moving knife which carry out cutting along the external shape of the case is wiped off and/or the application of an anti-adhesive agent to the pressure sensitive adhesive or the adhesive is carried out.
