PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the driving force in accordance with the driver's driving preference and to improve the operability of a vehicle by correcting the necessary deceleration calculated on the basis of the road information, corresponding to the driver's driving preference, and controlling a change gear ratio of an automatic transmission on the basis of the corrected necessary deceleration. SOLUTION: This driving force control device comprises the automatic transmission comprising an input shaft driven and connected to a driving source, and an output shaft for changing the input of the input shaft and outputting the same, and an automatic transmission control device for controlling the automatic transmission on the basis of the road information. The automatic transmission control device controls a change gear ratio of the automatic transmission on the basis of the necessary deceleration of the vehicle based on the road information, and the driver's driving preference.
