PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive photographing lens capable of shortening a focal distance while maintaining an optical performance. SOLUTION: The photographing lens 100 is the constitution of one lens in one group turning a convex to an object side, made of plastic and having positive refractive power and an aperture diaphragm 4 is provided in the inside. Also, at least one of lens surfaces 1 and 2 on both sides is made aspherical. Further, the relation of the focal distance f and the curvature R1 of the lens surface on the object side satisfies 0.35f<R1<f. By the photographing lens 100 of the constitution, by using one lens, spherical aberration, sine conditions, astigmatism and image surface curvature are arranged, a sufficient ambient light quantity is secured, then an upper light beam and a lower light beam are arranged at the position of a pupil and the color aberration of magnification is removed.
