PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fry frozen food in a short time by maximally effectively utilizing heat efficiency of oil in an oil tank. SOLUTION: A cylindrical or square fried food housing basket 6 is arranged on a base board 5 formed in a cross-sectional gate shape able to be housed in an oil tank 1 bottom part 3 for directly or indirectly arranging a heating source, and a through-hole 7 is formed in a part positioned in the fried food housing basket in the base board.
