PURPOSE: A disposable sanitary pad is provided to be used alone without a pair of pants and for a user oneself to contact the pad to the urination position, thereby adhering a pad closely and precisely. CONSTITUTION: The disposable sanitary pad(1A) comprises a liquid permeable surface sheet(2) having a middle area(6) between a front area(5) and a back area(7); a liquid nonpermeable back sheet(3); liquid absorbing cores(4); front/back ends positioned outside edge of both ends of the core and extending widthwise; and both side parts(10) positioned outside edge of both sides of the core and extending widthwise. An outer sheet(11) covering the back sheet is disposed in the middle area, the outer sheet comprises both lateral parts for fixing and a free part, and an inserting part is formed between the outer sheet and the free part.
