PURPOSE: A routing control method is provided to achieve improved reliability of network by minimizing loss of signal message and signal delay even upon occurrence of trouble. CONSTITUTION: A routing control method comprises a first step of interconnecting a first signal gateway connected to an IP network and a second signal gateway connected to the IP network through a link, and setting link information to the route table of the first and second signal gateways; a second step of setting link information to the route table of first and second signal transfer points connected to the first and second signal gateways through a link in such a manner that the second signal gateway receives messages through the first signal gateway; and a third step of routing the received message to the first signal gateway when the message having a point code of the destination of the first signal gateway is received in the second signal gateway due to the occurrence of trouble. |
