PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having surface durability and both of mechanical and electric durability copmparatively without deteriorating electric characteristics such as the reduction of sensitivity, the increaseof residual potential or the like, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus . SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the process cartridge and the image forming apparatus, the surface protective layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor contains at least a polymerization condensation product of an organic silicon-modified hole transfer compound expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), A represents a hole transfer group having a-pieceses of aromatic rings, R1represents a substituted or unsubstituted organic group, Q represents a hydrolyzable group or hydroxyl group, R2represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group, n represents an integer from 1 to 3, and m represents a positive integer satisfying m/a≥0.5.
