PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontally circulating parking device capable of smoothly transferring a vehicle quickly even when a place, where the vehicle is lifted and lowered, and the place of a circulating passage, where the vehicle is housed, are separated in the circulation type parking device. SOLUTION: A shifting means and a longitudinal-feed rail at one corner in four corners of the circulating passage for pallets with a shifting means and the longitudinal-feed rails are installed to a truck, which can be made to self-propelled, and the circulating passage is brought to a closed state when the truck is positioned at one of the four corners and the circulating passage is brought to an open state when the truck is not positioned at the one corner.
