PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set up a subassembly including frame bodies and partition plates constituting a building so as to sufficiently bring out the function of circulation preventive members after specified devices are attached to a rotary body. SOLUTION: In a partition wall 29 interposed between a radiator 8 and the partition plate 27 of a secondary subassembly 21, the first and second partition walls 29a, 29b are fixed to mounting plates 31, 32 attached to the side face of the side face of the radiator 8 and the side face of the partition plate 27. In the partition wall 29a, the upper side thickness is thin and the thickness becomes continuously thick toward the downside to form a large taper face.
