<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a metal-metal oxide composite electrode suitable for a photoelectric conversion element, and a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element with an oxide layer having high mechanical strength and heavy photoelectric current. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the metal-metal oxide composite electrode, electrolytic oxidation is applied to a metal selected from a group composed of titanium, niobium and tungsten, or to an alloy containing the metal selected from the group composed of titanium, niobium, and tungsten while irradiating it with ultraviolet rays. The metal-metal oxide composite electrode obtained by this method is used for the photoelectric transfer element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
