<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a laminated ceramic component, by which the optimum composition of a ceramic green sheet can be determined easily and rapidly. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of producing the laminated ceramic component, comprising mixing a ceramic powder and a binder solution, then forming the ceramic green sheets, laminating the green sheets, pressing the laminated sheets, cutting the laminated sheets into a desired shape, and firing, after mixing the ceramic powder prepared so as to give a certain composition and the binder solution and forming the ceramic green sheets, the dynamic viscoelasticity of the ceramic green sheet is measured, and the composition of the ceramic green sheet is determined based on the loss tangent obtained from the dynamic viscoelasticity measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
