PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the adjustable range of air blowing angle and minimize the pressure change in blown air, when changing the air blowing angle of a drying nozzle. SOLUTION: In this vehicle washer 10, a blowing means 40 is supported on a vehicle washer frame 10A, an air intake port 23A provided at the longitudinal end of a top nozzle 23 is connected to the blowing means 40 so as to be rockable around the nozzle axis relatively to a blowing port 41A.
