PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball extraction method and a ball dispensing device, capable of perfectly extracting a ball without leaving the ball inside the ball dispensing device and a ball introduction passage. SOLUTION: The ball left in a rotor 2 and inside the ball introduction passage 4 is pushed out toward a side face 25 of the rotor 2 by ball extraction valves 7, 8 vertically provided in a lower end part of the ball introduction passage 4, is passed through a ball extraction passage 6 formed in the side face 25 of the rotor 2, and is discharged to the outside. The ball extraction valves 7, 8 are vertically provided opposite to a side face of the lower end part of the ball introduction passage 4, and a ball extraction lever 9 for pushing out the ball extraction valves 7, 8 sideways is provided. A state that the ball introduction passage 4 communicates with the ball extraction passage 6 by operating the ball extraction lever 9 to push out the ball extraction valves 7, 8 and a state that the ball introduction passage 4 communicates with a ball dispensing passage 5 by returning the ball extraction lever 9 to retreat the ball extraction valves 7, 8 can be freely changed over.
